1. I'm frightened here are actual instructions that exist for how to freestyle rap battle. Isn't this one of those things that if you aren't naturally good at, you shouldn't be doing anyway? And if you are so bad at it you need instructions, I can't imagine it's going to end well for you.
2. I'm frightened that I printed out these instructions already and pasted them to the door of my refridgerator. Now every morning before I have my waffles and Scotch, I drop some lyrics about the chain of rap greatness. Sugar Hill, Grandmaster Flash, NWA, Dre, Eazy E, MC Hammer, Snoop, Eminem, 50 Cent, and Rodge. That's right sucka, Rodge.

im from philly and i "freestyle rap" my self and this is bullshit. by the way freestyle has changed alot since bigies times and jay z just raps about how rich is he and how much hoes he got.
