wow this is awesome! why do you people think it's cruel? it would be more cruel to make the cat crawl around on its front legs.. same for disabled humans. even though i know it's a hoax, it's still a good idea.
these days they only have carts a disabled pet can go into to move around. but i think something like this idea would be even better! but it would be better if the cat could stick its head out the front instead of the top cause they gotta eat/drink. plus you could put a compartment in the back to catch their droppings. otherwise it'd use a diaper anyway.

For the 1.5 seconds before I realized it was remote controlled and a hoax, I thought, "who the hell would turn their cat into a dalek?" That was kind of mean spinning him around and around like that.
